Use of the service
ZionFlow helps organize personal financial information. The service may be in beta, so some features may change, be limited, or be interrupted while the product improves.
The user is responsible for keeping credentials secure and reviewing information accuracy before making financial decisions.
No financial advice
ZionFlow does not provide financial, legal, tax, credit, or investment advice. Calculations, reports, and suggestions are informational tools for personal organization.
Users should validate expenses, dates, amounts, budgets, and balances against statements or official sources.
Gmail automation
Bank imports from Gmail require explicit consent. With that consent, ZionFlow may read bank emails in readonly mode, filtered by senders, to prepare expense candidates.
Every detected expense must be reviewed before it is saved. Automatic or AI-assisted detection may fail, omit information, or require user correction.
Acceptable use and limits
Users must not use ZionFlow to access accounts they do not own, infringe third-party rights, bypass provider controls, or upload information they have no right to process.
ZionFlow may suspend or limit features if it detects abuse, security risk, third-party policy violations, or legal requirements.
Changes, privacy, and contact
We may update these terms and the privacy policy. When a change affects sensitive features such as Gmail, we may request renewed consent.
The Privacy Policy is part of these terms. For legal or privacy requests, contact privacy@zionflow.app.
